TERMS OF USE

Introduction

These Terms of Use (hereinafter, “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website NinjaScripts.pro and the services offered by Ninja Scripts, including the monthly subscription to Google Ads scripts and Telegram support. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Description of the services

Ninja Scripts Pro offers monthly subscriptions that include:

• Access to the execution of Google Ads scripts.
• Support through Telegram.

The availability and features of the services may vary depending on the subscription plan you have taken out.

2. Requirements and user registration

To access the services, you may need to:

• Register on our website, providing truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
• Expressly accept these Terms and, where applicable, the Privacy Policy.
• Pay for the corresponding subscription.

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential. Any activity carried out on your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you must report any unauthorised use immediately.

3. Confidentiality of Google Ads data

1. Access to the Google Ads account
   • The User will install the scripts (loaders) in their own Google Ads account, downloading them from their client panel and following the instructions provided by Ninja Scripts.
   • The User does not need to grant access to their Google Ads account or to link it to the Ninja Scripts manager account (MCC). The User retains control of the access to their account at all times.
2. Confidentiality obligation
   • Ninja Scripts undertakes to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding all the information and data of the Google Ads accounts to which it has access, as well as any other business, technical or commercial data provided by the User.
   • Under no circumstances will Ninja Scripts disclose, share or publish that information with unauthorised third parties, except where legally required or with the prior express written consent of the User.
3. Scope and duration
   • The confidentiality obligations contained in this Agreement will remain in force indefinitely.

4. Liability and disclaimer of warranties

1. Scope of the tools
   • The tools of the Ninja Scripts Suite run in the User's Google Ads accounts, making changes based on a proprietary algorithm developed by Ninja Scripts.
   • Some tools may be in beta, which means they may contain minor development errors. The User is responsible for monitoring the effect of those scripts on their account and for reporting any incident to Ninja Scripts.
2. Technical limitations (Google Ads Scripts API)
   • Ninja Scripts undertakes to maintain and update the scripts as far as possible, with the Google Ads Scripts API itself as a limitation.
   • Google could modify or discontinue part of its API without prior notice, which could prevent one or more scripts of the Suite from working in part or in full.
   • Ninja Scripts undertakes to repair or reconfigure those tools as quickly as possible, whenever it is technically feasible.
   • However, Ninja Scripts accepts no liability if, as a result of changes to the API, a script ceases to be operational in part or in full.
   • In such cases, no refunds will be made, given that the Suite is made up of multiple tools and the fact that one of them is not operational is not sufficient grounds for refunding the subscription.
3. Misuse of the tools
   • Ninja Scripts is not liable for any incorrect or inappropriate use that the User or third parties make of the tools.
   • It is the User's responsibility to observe and follow the guidelines and recommendations of Ninja Scripts in order to minimise risks and optimise results.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
   • Ninja Scripts provides its services and tools “as is” and as available, with no guarantee of specific results or of the complete absence of errors.
   • The User acknowledges that Google Ads performance and the effectiveness of the scripts depend on multiple factors beyond the control of Ninja Scripts (for example, market behaviour, the quality of the advertising campaigns, the account setup, etc.).

5. Training and support services

1. The content of that training is the exclusive property of Ninja Scripts and is shared solely for the purpose of training the User in the use of the scripts.
2. Telegram support
   • The User will have access to a Telegram channel provided by Ninja Scripts in order to receive support and additional advice.
   • The User undertakes to use these support channels responsibly, respectfully and strictly for purposes related to the service taken out.
3. User's responsibility
   • It is the User's responsibility to apply the training and recommendations provided, and to monitor the changes that the scripts make in their Google Ads accounts.

6. Payment and billing

The use of our subscription services is subject to payment of the monthly fee stated on the website. Payments are processed through third-party payment platforms that comply with security standards. By subscribing, you authorise the recurring charge of the monthly fee in accordance with the plan chosen.

Billing will take place periodically until you cancel the subscription. If the payment cannot be processed or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to the services.

7. Permitted use

When using our services, you undertake to:

• Comply with the law, public morality and public order.
• Not use the scripts or the content for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purposes.
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or commercially exploit any part of the services or the content (including the scripts) without the Company's prior written authorisation.
• Not share, distribute or publish our scripts free of charge or to unauthorised third parties.

8. Intellectual property

All the content available on Ninja Scripts Pro, including (but not limited to) texts, videos, scripts, designs, logos, trade marks and software, is protected by intellectual property rights. Use of the services grants the user no ownership rights over that content. The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, assignment or any other form of unauthorised exploitation of the content is prohibited.

9. Changes to the services

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, whether temporarily or permanently, the services or any associated feature, at any time and without prior notice. We will not be liable to users or to third parties for such changes.

10. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to info@ninjascripts.pro up to 7 days before the renewal date. Once cancelled, you will lose access to the services.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account immediately if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You carry out activities that are considered illegal or fraudulent.
• You misuse the platform or harm other users.

11. Exclusion of warranties

The services and content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the services will be free of errors, that they will operate without interruption or that they will produce the desired business results. Nor do we accept liability for the accuracy, currency or suitability of the information provided on the platform.
