Smart Bidding Ninja Script

The algorithm that keeps watch over Google's: every night it reviews your campaigns, adjusts targets and budgets towards your CPA or ROAS goal, and leaves every decision explained in your spreadsheet

πŸ₯‹ The algorithm that tames Google's

Two algorithms. Google's spends. Ours keeps watch.

This is your account with Smart Bidding Ninja: every day (one minute here), Google's algorithm turns budget into conversions its own way. And every night, at 04:30, the ninja pulls its two levers: the bar (the target) and the fuel (the budget).

POLICY:
βš–οΈ Automatic balance: the engine compares your CPA with the goal every night and picks the scenario.

πŸ“– Ninja dictionary Β· what you are looking at

🎯 The bar (target)

The maximum CPA you allow Google. Leave it loose and Google spends, stretching your CPA as far as you let it; make it impossible and it stops bidding and falls asleep. Lever number 1: adjusted every night.

πŸ’Ά The fuel (budget)

Lever number 2. It moves up or down in small steps (+2% to +10%, βˆ’1% to βˆ’5%) depending on the scenario and the day's performance. No fuel, no conversions; too much fuel with a loose bar, and you get a bonfire.

🎭 The 5 scenarios

From .lanzamiento to .ninja2. The paradox: the "ninja" scenarios are the DEMANDING ones (they raise the bar by +10/+20% and put profitability first); the gentle ones give Google rope to explore.

🧭 The 3 policies

The character of the algorithm: Conservative lives in the .ninja scenarios (profitability), Smart balances, and Explorer uses loose scenarios to scale β€” Google explores… and burns.

πŸ”₯ Money burned

What you overpay on every conversion compared with your goal. With a loose bar, Google "explores new audiences" with your banknotes: out they go, in flames, through the chimney.

⛓️ Lost auctions

The coins that hit the bar: conversions that get away when the target is too demanding. Google stops bidding and volume drops β€” squeezing too hard costs money as well.

😴 Dead zone (<1%)

If the day's deviation is under 1%, the ninja touches nothing: a figure that small justifies no change at all. In the real script you will see it as "Deviation < 1%" in the Reason column.

πŸ“‰ Low 7-day cost

If the campaign is not spending the budget it already has, raising it achieves nothing: the ninja blocks the increase until spend justifies it. Another guardrail taken from the real script.

πŸ’° € better spent and β˜…

What you save against an unwatched Smart Bidding, whose CPA drifts over time. And the ninja β˜…: one for every day closed in green (Β±5%) and another if your scenario matches the engine's.

Technology that controls Google's technology

Google Smart Bidding is powerful but opaque: it spends and explores its own way. This script adds the layer of control it is missing: you define the limits of the game (your CPA or ROAS goal, your monthly budget) and the script plays inside them. Every night, at around 04:30, it reviews all your campaigns β€”Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max and Demand Genβ€” and pulls its two levers: the bid target and the daily budget. For the rest of the day it watches your label changes every hour and reacts on the spot.

Two ways of working: in Manual mode you choose the philosophy of each campaign with scenario labels (from .lanzamiento to .ninja2); in Smart mode the decision engine picks the scenario every night by comparing your real CPA or ROAS with the goal, following the policy you set: Conservative (profitability first), Smart (balance) or Explorer (out to scale).

With a safety net: TEST mode to simulate without touching anything, budget limits per campaign, monthly budget control and an Auto-Rollback that watches manual changes for 14 days and reverts them if the data gets worse. All from a spreadsheet, without touching any code.

  • Daily nightly run (04:30) + hourly label watch, 365 days a year
  • Smart mode with 3 policies (Conservative Β· Smart Β· Explorer) and 5 pressure scenarios
  • Your CPA/ROAS goal as the judge of performance: per account or per campaign (.cpa / .roas labels)
  • Monthly budget with spend pacing control and a conversion volume goal
  • Statistical Auto-Rollback: it reverts manual changes that make results worse
  • Compatible with Demand Gen, as well as Search, Shopping, Display and Performance Max
  • Day-Stats with the reason for every decision, 180-day history and a status panel with traffic lights

How does the algorithm work?

A decision system built on 9 intelligent modules

πŸŒ™

1. Nightly run + intra-day watch

Every night, at around 04:30, it runs the full cycle: targets, budgets, reports and panel. For the rest of the day it watches your label changes every hour and recalculates the target of that campaign on the spot.

🧠

2. Smart mode: the decision engine

Every night it compares your average CPA or ROAS with the goal (Β±5%) and picks the scenario for each campaign according to the chosen policy: Conservative (profitability first), Smart (balance) or Explorer (out to scale).

🎯

3. Five pressure scenarios

From .lanzamiento to .ninja2: they move the bid target (from βˆ’50% to +20%) and the daily budget (increases of +2% to +10%, decreases of βˆ’1% to βˆ’5%). Many small adjustments every night, never a sharp swerve.

βš–οΈ

4. Your goal is the judge

You declare your goal per campaign (.cpa45.50, .roas300 labels) or at account level, and performance is judged against that goal β€” not against the internal target of the bidding strategy. You choose which conversions count.

πŸ’°

5. Monthly budget and volume

It controls the spend pace of the month (if you are above 100% pro rata, it blocks increases) and chases your monthly conversion goal by spreading the gap across the right campaigns.

πŸ›Ÿ

6. Auto-Rollback

It spots significant manual budget changes and watches them for 14 days, with an emergency cut-off on day seven. If the data gets worse, it reverts the change on its own β€” with a statistical criterion on campaigns that have history.

πŸ’‘

7. One-click suggestions

It detects sustained patterns (a scenario that is too aggressive or too conservative, adjustment loops, budget gaps) and suggests the change: you apply it by ticking a checkbox in the sheet and the script does the rest.

πŸ“

8. Transparent reporting

A daily Day-Stats with the reason for every decision ("Deviation < 1%", "7-day cost low", "Monthly budget"...), 180-day history, seasonality analysis and a status panel with traffic lights.

πŸ§ͺ

9. TEST mode and 365 days

Install it in simulation mode to see what it would do without touching anything, and when you are ready let it work every day of the year β€” bank holidays and weekends included, with weekly and monthly summaries by email.
